Welcome to My Blog
A few years ago I found myself in the middle of a career change (company down-sized) so I decided to chase a dream. Most of you who may understand this,I don't know how I arrived at this point of happiness and sometimes pure terror, chasing a dream. What I know is that I will never forget my friends and family. Thank you for all of your words of wisdom and for showing me how much you care.. it has definitely kept me going.
Not having a camera and feeling stuck; my family reached out and bought me this very expensive camera.
Intended to capture images of my Jewelry Designs. I was very excited, feeling on top of the world, when I soon
realized that I had no clue as to how it works. I knew at that moment what I had to do: as I was not going to
let it sit in the box. I subsequently decided to take photography classes at University of the Arts. This was a
a dream come through for me. As I got deeper and deeper into this field I did not find the time to capture
any of my jewelry designs because I was mesmerized by beautiful portraits, exquisite landscapes, nature
photography and the list continues......my balance between my two artistic loves "jewelry design and photography"
continue to evolve. I am currently a member of the Upper Merion Camera Club. On weekends we travel to different
locations photographing sunrises, sunsets, nature and sports. I am enjoying every moment, always mindful of how
lucky I am. During all of this transition, my camera and vision have also been upgraded.

Four years ago I started Sherbi Seerattan Photography. My Photography and my art work has always been an inspiration to me.
I had the opportunity to build a studio in my home. These are some photographs taken with my Nikon D700 of my friend's
daughter and her friend at Neumann University last year. I can say she was very happy with them.
My greatest joy has been having the ability to capture my friends and family's extraordinary moments as I zoom through the colorful tapestry of their lives and also having the ability to thank them for sharing their precious moments with me as I preserve them into beautiful memories in scrapbooks and collages.
walk this way again". "Unknown".
Welcome to where it all began. This is the British West Indies where I was born and raised. The colors, culture, and unique architecture inspired my love of all things creative. Photography has become a natural outlet for my creative aspirations.
I had the opportunity to capture this beautiful image of a Temple during my recent visit to the Caribbean. The beautiful Landscape surrounded by Palm Trees makes this Image a one of a kind.
Beautiful sunsets and calming night lights; a combination of moonlight evenings as me and my camera zoomed through this quiet neighborhood in Wayne. I can definitely describe myself as a "Photographer By Passion".
